The rectangular head, flanked with petite thin Doric columns, secures an elegant face indeed, showcasing Roman and Arabic numbers surrounded by abundant scrollwork. The belly presents a single door adorned with a chinoiserie décor, with figures in intricate architectures. The ensemble is resting on a rectangular shaped base. With its black and golden colors and chinoiserie motifs, this English George III period tall case clock circa 1760 will make for a wonderful addition to any home, perhaps placed in a living room, foyer or hallway.
