1920’s Japanese Taisho Era Peranakan Style Plate With Exotic Bird and Flowers

Attractively pleasing antique porcelain Japanese plate enamelled with a long tailed exotic bird surrounded by colourful flowers over black ground. A lovely rich pink border with further flowers. Peranakan in style – Straits Chinese.
Stamped “Made in Japan” on underside.
Circa 1920s
Condition is good. Has firing flaws and very minor flake on underside of rim.
