Vintage Design
A fine, decorative, painted, and gilt-highlighted Louis XVI sofa/settee with a matching armchair. Both are carved with ribbons, swags, and acanthus leaf decoration. The seat backs and arms are upholstered in light yellow damask gold silk with well-sprung seat pads.
