Dragon Rug Wool Silk Chinese Style Carpet Blue Beige, Djoharian Design

A beautiful contemporary dragon design rug, hand knotted using finest Chinese mulberry silk (10%) and Tibetan highland wool (90%).

Fine weave with 100 Tibetan knots per square inch or 155000 knots per square meter.

Construction: Hand knotted with wool pile and carved design. Silk parts are the blue dragon head in the center and the meander border.. The wool white / beige color is not one tone, it has different shades since it is unbleached natural wool.

The feel is soft and cozy thanks to the use of the finest material. The rug is approx. 1/4-1/3 inch high, size 5.6 x 8 ft / 160 x 240 cm.
