At each side of the base are lovely tapered feet with lattice patterns and gilt accents. The striking pierced top crown is centered by a beautiful bundle of wheat and a sickle, arrows, a quiver, and an exceptional most decorative blooming floral wreath with charming rosettes and scrolled designs. All original gilt and magnificent patina throughout.
