French Napoleon III coffee table/desk in precious exotic woods with inserts of gilded bronze elements. The rectangular top has a beautiful gilded bronze fitting with a dense floral motif inlay in the center. The same top can be extended with the help of the two lateral fins bearing the same inlay. The undercounter band incorporates a drawer highlighted by a gilded bronze escutcheon with a rocaille motif. The four feet having a cabriolet shape end with socks also in bronze. General Conditions: Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional shellac and handmade alcohol method. Provenance: 19th century France. Measurements closed: 80×58 H76cm.
